Jeopardy in 6th Grade History

The 6th graders have just finished researching and writing reports about aspects of the medieval period. Part of this project involved creating 6 questions to put in a Jeopardy Game. The students are grouped, for the most part, by topics with common themes (such as topics related to a medieval town, topics related to religion etc.). The groups are working together, first reading their questions to each other, and then typing the questions and answers into a Jeopardy template. The plan is to complete entering the questions and then play each other’s Jeopardy games on Thursday, February 9. I thought this was a fun way for the students to share what they learned. The Jeopardy games will also be uploaded to Moodle so students can play games from other sections or play from home.
